Tea steeping ritual

The Ritual of Steeping

There is no faster way to understand a flower than to watch it open in hot water. The colour arrives first — indigo from butterfly pea, crimson from hibiscus, gold from chamomile. Then the aroma. Then the taste.

We sell whole flowers, not powder. Not dust. Not tea bags filled with floor sweepings. You see exactly what you are drinking. One flower per cup, sometimes two. That is all it takes.

Every flower on this page has been shadow-dried to preserve the volatile oils that give it colour, aroma, and therapeutic compounds. Sun-drying destroys these. Commercial processing destroys these. We do neither.
